The boys from the flats went a long way in securing no less than a tie for the ACC Coastal Division title. The problem with the jackets record is the sub-par 2-3 record within the division, (Duke, Miami) upsetting considering the perfect 3-0 record against the Atlantic Division. (Boston College, Clemson, Florida State) After the loss to North Carolina the line became very thin for the jackets to make the title game in Tampa. In light of current events and definitely for the benefit of wreck fans who want to be interested in the games this weekend, I have put together the teams and scenarios that need divine intervention to put the golden tornadoes in the Orange Bowl.
1. Tech had to beat Miami (Check)
2. UNC needs to lose to either N.C. State (Sat @ noon) or Duke (Nov. 29 @ noon)
3. Clemson needs to beat Virginia (Sat @ noon)
4. Virginia Tech needs to lose to Duke (Sat @ 5:30) or Virginia if the Cavs loose to Clemson.
5. If Virginia beats Clemson and Virginia Tech loses to Duke, the Hokies will need to beat the Cavs. (Nov 29)
Enjoy,
III

I'm tuned in on the slingbox, can't see the ball too good but I see both UVA and UNC getting beat right now, GO JACKETS!!! and go Clemson and NCST, and hey why not Duke? go ahead and give it to us this week!
It's getting a little less tangled, but being a lifelong Tech fan, its just a rouse to break our hearts. That helmet to helmet stupid call at the end of the VaTech game will somehow forever haunt our dreams of ACC glory.
