Jolly Good Rambles

Klimpson Preview

0 Comments 08 September 2009

I read ESPN Insider about the coming game written by Scouts, Inc. Here’s an excerpt:

Last year, Georgia Tech came up with a big pass play late in the fourth quarter to squeeze out a victory over Clemson in a back-and-forth thriller. Expect a similar type of game, but with a different result because the Tigers’ defense will spawn the upset. Clemson’s talented front seven will slow the Yellow Jackets’ ground game enough to keep the score close, and its secondary will prevent the big play in the passing game this time around. In the end, it will be just enough for Clemson to eke out a tough road win.

Prediction: Tigers 24, Yellow Jackets 21

They even have Klimpson’s  OL and DB’s rated higher than Tech’s, I didn’t see that at all last year, maybe they have vastly improved.  What do you say to that?  Will Tech lay the proverbial egg on Thursday night?

A video highlight from last year’s game and of course the catch.
